Each INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP offers you a free massage each month. Just pick the individual plan you want and then book with me once a month.

And the new BUSINESS FLY VIP MEMBERSHIPS are even more incredible! You want to invest in your staff and reap the rewards of increased productivity and low employee turnover? I'm sure you do. Pick the length of massages you want to provide, and pick a number of massages per month you want to have available (minimum of five(5)). You can either book for your employees or give them your username and password and let them book at their convenience.

BUSINESS MONTHLY UPGRADES AND ADD-ONS
Chair Massage Services on Location, Auto-Billed Monthly -
$300 per four (4) hour session.
One (1) Monthly Chair Massage Session of four (4) hours at your Business Location or Special Event.
Standard 4 hour session would provide up to fourteen (14) chair massages of about 10 minutes each.
$70 per hour over 4 hours billed separately on the day of session or event.
Chair Massage Services on Location, Add-on -
$330 per four (4) hour session.
Standard 4 hour session would provide up to fourteen (14) chair massages of about 10 minutes each.
$75 per hour over 4 hours billed separately on the day of session or event.
Group Yoga Sessions on Location, Auto-Billed Monthly -
$120 per 60-minute class
$175 per 90-minute class
$35 per class - To reserve Birmingham Yoga Studio as the class location.
No more than one class per week.
Group Yoga Sessions on Location, Add-on -
$160 per 60-minute class
$205 per 90-minute class
$35 per class - To reserve Birmingham Yoga Studio as the class location.

HIPPA INFORMATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All Subscriptions are based on a 12 month commitment.
Automatic Payments will be applied each month on the day the Membership was purchased.
Individual Membership Benefits apply only to one person per household.
Individual Membership may carry over one (1) missed massage at any given time.
Friend & Family Membership Benefits may be shared at no additional cost.
Friend & Family Membership may carry over two (2) missed massage at any given time.
Benefits not used will be lost at the end of the subscription, no carry over unless subscription is renewed.
Any of the FLY Yoga and Massage Discounts listed above do not stack with VIP Membership.
Early Termination Fee: You will be charged 50% of the total remaining cost of the subscription at the time of termination.
All individuals and companies in employment or partnership with FLY Yoga and Massage and it's parent company FLY Services, LLC are required to abide by HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) Standards in regards to massage and yoga client information, medical history, and current medical and/or therapeutic treatments.
All business's subscribing to a FLY VIP Membership will be given additional information regarding FLY Services, LLC responsibilities in protecting client information.
